Dear Sir or Madam,
I am contacting you asking if there would be a possibility to contribute financially for the printing of my PhD thesis. Your contribution will be acknowledged as a colophon in my thesis.
The ceremony of my PhD defense will be held on 7 May 2015 at 15:00 at the Leiden University Medical Center, the Netherlands. The title of my PhD thesis is “Deregulation of innate and adaptive immune responses in Human Papillomavirus infection and cancer”.
